This is a great little stadium, beautiful views out over the ocean. Seating goes right up close to the field, so you are closer to the action. Easy access to food and drink from the stadium seating. Getting in through the turnstiles was quick and easy.
Unique location for a stadium, right on the beach. Impressive looking main grandstand but the hill is where the fun is to be had. Hold on to your things, can get mighty windy. Sorely needs another big screen and better food options. Good destination for an away game trip.
Great staff. Helpful and friendly, especially level 2.
I partially retract my disdain for Ticketek. Having to ring the stadium to get accessible tickets was a remarkably pleasant experience and the free parking was an unexpected bonus. Shame the rest of Ticketek wasn't as pleasant
Weird stadium. Looks a ⅓rd finished and the big screens everywhere else, including tiny ovals, are either missing or, for the mobile one, has the resolution of my 24" monitor.
The environment around it is great.
Good indoor venue for performances. Good acoustics. Seating position variations can affect your enjoyment as the two large screens are difficult to see if you are seated at the sides. You have to turn 90 degrees and look beyond the person beside you.
Limited street parking throughout the area.
Watch my daughter played for the Steelers women's NRL Must say that the service and the and the stadium was very welcome to be there the girls won the game it was the first game of the season my daughter scored a try what more can a parent asked for on a Sunday afternoon 😄 the Steelers club on the way out across the road I'm sure it's beer o'clock
Got to be one of the most beautifully situated stadiums in the world! The hill is the best place to be, but with covid limitations we had to explore the northern grandstand seating for the first time. Yikes! :(
I'd give 5 stars for this stadium but there's only one big screen in the venue so we couldn't see any information on try decisions etc from where we sat. Very annoying. It's a great spot with good views of the ocean and I'd go again but sit on the other side to see the screen.
Catering is terrible. In northern stand, 10 minutes b4 1/2 . Small line , very limited food choice. Took 15 minutes to get 2 pies & cokes at football. No hamburger caravan as usual. Better service on the hill not looking after Red V members who pay a premium to sit in stands. 100 metre line up with 3 single gates to get in
1 screen to watch replays 120 metres from Northern stand.
Sunday afternoon footy, the canteen at local ground does a better job, let them do it & take profit to local juniors.
